Installation Notes
Threads on just like a regular nut, but you’ll feel some resistance when the nylon insert engages—that’s normal and exactly what you want. Installation requires standard torque specifications for the thread size and grade. Avoid over-tightening, which can damage the nylon insert and reduce locking effectiveness. Once it’s snug, it’ll stay that way until you decide to remove it.
