This unit crushes filters up to 6 inches in diameter and 12-1/2 inches long, reducing them to one-quarter of their original size while removing up to 95 percent of the residual oil. The automatic cycle feature allows the operator to load the filter, press a single button, and let the machine complete the crushing process. At the end of each cycle, the ram automatically returns to the start position for fast, repeatable operation.
Powered by a robust air/hydraulic pump, the OTC-1877 operates on standard shop air and requires 9 CFM at 100 PSI. No electrical connection is needed.
